Foundational Yoga
New to yoga or need a refresher class? This non-heated class will explore the fundamentals of a yoga practice in an easy to understand, slower paced way. It combines traditional poses and modifications, linked with breath. You’ll build confidence and comfort in your practice, while moving at your own level in a safe and supportive environment.
Hot Power Flow
Are you ready to move and sweat it out? This high-energy class is practiced in a heated room of 95-100 degrees and ignites both physical and mental resilience. Challenge your strength, stamina and focus while uniting breath with movement. A beautiful detoxification from the inside out. Classes will include a guided flow, build strength in the core, balance in the body, and an increased range of motion. The heat enhances flexibility to deepen your experience of each posture. This class is ideal for those who want a sweat-dripping workout paired with mental clarity. You’ll leave feeling invigorated, revitalized and ready to take on whatever comes your way!
Warm Flow
Need a bit of heat to warm up the body but not too much? Enjoy this gently heated yoga practice that blends breath with movement in a smooth flowing sequence of poses. This is another optionfor the beginner student as well as the seasoned yogi who would like a warm alternative.
Bee Fiery Flow
Do you want a one stop shop for a flow paired with a HIIT workout? Look no further! This fun flow guides you through Sun A, B & C in addition to a series of energetic pushes of movement to get the heart-rate going! The room is warm and the music makes this class that much more memorable. This blend of yoga & strength building helps you to feel both lighter and stronger in body & mind.
Restorative Yoga
A class focusing on gently stretching the muscles and releasing the tension from the day. Melt away your stress and nurture your soul. Progress in your yoga practice doesn’t always occur by “doing”. Beneficial for all levels of practice and experience.
Yin Yoga
Our bodies need active movement, but for optimum flexibility and health they also need the unique opening that only yin yoga can provide. Practice long-held, seated poses to open the deeper tissues of the body; connective tissue, joints and ligaments.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is yogic sleep; a practice that allows you sink into total relaxation even as you remain aware and open to your own intuitive guidance. This practice is accessible for those with any level of yoga or meditation experience.

Inferno Hot Pilates - Gabi Walters Signature
High intensity, low impact, high calorie burn, beautiful lean muscle growth.. and did I mention that strong booty? This mat-based, bare-foot pilates class takes you through glutes, abs, planks & back strength, and a standing series of upper & lower body with a bit of cardio sprinkled in. You’ll have the option of adding in weights or using your body weight. Each class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. If you’re looking to challenge all muscle groups, build strength and flexibility, and creative a change for the better in your body, then this class is for you!
Pilates Fusion
Elevate your routine with this powerful, low-impact workout that builds a solid foundation of core strength, flexibility & balance. This class seamlessly combines traditional Mat Pilates with dynamic, faster-paced movements from low-impact HIIT and resistance training. You’ll use props and weights to build muscular strength & definition while safely elevating your heart rate. This class is best for anyone seeking to improve posture, boost endurance, and relieve stress through mindful movement.
Heated Barre
A dynamic fusion of ballet-inspired movement, pilates-precision and yoga mindfulness all practiced together in the warmth of our heated studio. This energizing class is designed to sculpt, strengthen, and lengthen your body while improving balance, flexibility and endurance. Whether you’re new to barre or a seasoned practitioner, Heated Barre offers an invigorating and empowering way to move, sweat & flow. Step into the warmth to challenge your body and leave feeling stronger, lighter & glowing from the inside out.
Sound Healing/Meditation
Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses sound vibrations and energetic frequencies to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. A wide range of healing instruments may be incorporated to produce vibrational frequencies that align with natural frequencies and densities found in the body, helping to relieve stress, release stuck energy, calm the nervous system and improve clarity and focus.
Sound healing may be particularly beneficial to someone who has had a difficult time connecting with traditional meditation and yearns to experience the benefits.
Collaborative Workshops
Are you in the beauty, health or wellness industry and want to collaborate on a workshop or event? In addition to a Studio/Fitness room, Beeyond Yoga has a lounge area with hairdressing sinks and space for you to create in community.
