  • Tina A.

    HOT POWER YOGA

Like many Tina was drawn to yoga stressed out from a crazy corporate job and injured from years of dance and team sports. 26 years later, the rest is history! Her yoga home was west of Boston for years, her mat is now rooted on the North Shore. Tina loves a super hot and sweaty practice with lots of movement, but also some time to explore deeper poses and juicy holds. Outside the studio Tina spends time with her three Australian Shepherds and her two teenage girls. With lots of time at hockey rinks and on the turf, they escape to Nauset Beach whenever they can. @christina.ahlberg.connelly
